July wrap up

July was a slow month for me reading wise and I only finished three books, however they were all fantastic reads so quality over quantity.

Read:

The Vincent Boys by Abbi Glines: I loved this book and will be checking out the sequel The Vincent Brothers and the Existence series. You can read my review here

Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry: This is AMAZING, without a doubt my favourite contemporary of the year. You can read my review here

Shooting Stars by Allison Rushby: I expected this book to be a light read but it had a lot more depth than I expected, I really enjoyed it. My review is coming soon

Events:

I attended the Queen of Teen After Party which was held at Guildford Waterstones and you can read my write up here, I was lucky enough to meet Maureen Johnson and James Dawson and both were lovely. Also I got to meet some other bloggers which was great, the book blogging community really is the best.

I went to the Harry Potter Tour and completely loved it. I spent the majority of it speechless, it was incredible to see the props and sets from the films up close, most importantly I was able to try Butter Beer! You can read my write up here

Books received for review:

 Spellbound by Cara Lynn Shultz

 League of Strays by L.B.Schulman

Night of the Purple Moon by Scott Cramer (Kindle)

And I won a copy of The Good Mayor from the lovely people at Black and White Publishing

A massive thank you to all the publishers who sent me books to review.
